FS25 Tray Packer Machine

Daky Pack’s multiformat Packers represent the end of the production line specific designed for this product.

Semi or fully automatic versions are available.

Tablets or carton boxes can be packed in one, two or more layers depending on customer’s needs. A controlled belt conveys the wrapped tablets or the carton boxes (2 tablets) to the Tray Packer which place them in the preselected row number and layers, forming the Bundle which is then pushed into the tray. Tray can be pre-glued or a flat blank.

Production capacity: 10 to 20 tray/min, depending on the number of tablets / each tray, usually from 36 to 60 tablets per tray.
